We aim to despatch all orders within 24 hours of receipt. Orders received before 3p.m. are usually dispatched that day.
If, for any reason we are unable to do so we advise you by e-mail stating the reason and/or the expected despatch date.
In the event of not hearing from you we will despatch at the earliest possible date.
You may cancel the order at any time before despatch.
We normally despatch by first class post.
Carriage is free, worldwide, on all reed orders of £6.00 and over.
A £1.00 admin fee will be added to any orders under £6.00.
We reserve the right to add a carriage supplement on heavy or bulky items. Where applicable, this will be shown on the shopping cart pages.
All goods should arrive in first class condition within 2-3 days. (EU customers, please allow an extra 2 days). If they do not please contact us and we will arrange an immediate replacement to be sent.
In event of any item being out of stock, this will be marked “To Follow”, and an expected despatch date supplied.

We will only charge your card for items despatched.

If you are unhappy with your order in any way whatsoever, please return them to us within 7 days, unused, in their original condition and wrapping for full refund including the cost of return postage. Please include name and order or invoice number on all correspondence.
REED EXPRESS regrets that it is unable to credit any Reeds once boxes have been opened.
We pride ourselves on our fast, efficient service. If, however we do make a mistake, please contact us and we will immediately forward correct items together with a stamped packet for return of the unwanted items.
